Cover Me! Reloading!
Art has been enjoyed for eons, possibly since the first caveman picked up a rock, etched a buffalo into the wall, and charged his fellow man two drumsticks to see it. And there’s been no better time to enjoy Art than now, in the 21st century, where the culmination of all art forms have met and melded into the most elaborate, sometimes elegant, usually exciting, and occasionally enriching mash of entertainment that we now call the mass media.
Between radio, newspapers, magazines, TV shows, movies, music and video games, these forms of media have permeated through all of our daily lives, and damn it, it’s hard as hell to keep up with it all.
This is why we’re here.
We love our stuff. We read, we watch, we play, we write, this is who we are, this is our passion.
We’re nerds who love our stuff and we love to talk about it.
We’re nerds who love to write and feel that when a movie is good, it needs to be said; and when a game is just plain awful, it needs to get picked apart by every criticism and insult we can muster from the back of our brains. And never to give an opinion without a reason, we’ll break it down, entertain you, and give you a second opinion so you can understand just how great or silly or horrible that TV show or comic book is.
We know how expensive Art is: remember, with inflation, that caveman must be charging at least ten drumsticks by now (though if you go downtown I’m sure you can see an almost identical version of that picture for seven).
So why play the entertainment game the hard way?
When you’ve got Infinite Ammo on your side, you can’t lose.
